MATCHA GREEN TEA

if one word were to sum up this flavour, it would be "authentic". We source freshly grown Matcha green tea leaves directly from Japan's premier growers in the Uji region in Kyoto. The leaves are hand-picked and stone-grounded into a very fine powder ensuring that the leaves keep all of their amazing aroma and flavour to create an intense yet delicate flavoured ice cream true to its origin.

SEA SALT CARAMEL

Using the finest natural sea-salt sourced from the Asian coastline, we add  a hit of our very own handmade burnt caramel to make the decision between sweet and savoury easy for you.

 

 

 

YOUNG COCONUT

Thai aromatic coconut is the most sought-after coconut in the world due to its particular fragrance and sweetness. Sourced from individual local growers in the fertile delta area of Thailand, we combine the fresh mild flavour of coconut milk with young coconut meat (which is super high in fibre by the way) to make an ultra creamy, yet surprisingly textured ice cream experience.
